Diamonds are Forever

It's every nice girl's right to be in a prince charming's arms, one that makes her laugh, loves and respects her and most of all one that confides in her and is her absolute best friend. There was a time when princes came on white horses to save the dame from her enclosuring moldy tower, nowadays princes drive cars and, lets face it, they rarely drive a silver porsche!

This one is for the white Fiat Uno driving princes who absolutely love their dames and want to pamper them as princesses but are too broke to buy them a real diamond. eheh

Leo

So yesterday I went to a birthday party.
One of my favorite people in the world turned 26 and I offered her the small lion pin.
I know most people think this is a cat, but it's actually a lion.

Leo ran away from the circus were he was displayed as a freak of nature for being green and purple. Nobody ever saw how sweet of a lion he is and so he went out into the cement jungle looking for someone who would love him as he is. Please do.
He is my second creation using felt and I simply adore him.

Zorg the alien visitor

For today's post I am introducing Zorg the alien pin.
Zorg is an outgoing, or should I say, very outgoing, alien who likes Earth. Good planets are hard to find, so I hear!

He first came here in the summer, like many tourists do, and decided he wanted to stick around, but his race is not going to invade our planet, no need to be afraid, his plans don't include World domination, all he wants is to sip Margaritas in the Earth's sun.

If you want to have some fun you should definitly invite him to stay with you, he'd like that very much!

Nobility

Yesterday I watched a mini documentary about the Portuguese nobility. Who they are, where and how they live and the houses... the houses, man oh man!

So I was thinking about this and I must say that all the really interesting countries of the modern western culture had nobility, kings and queens and princes, wars and conquests.

Countries were built with blood and sweat and tears of soldiers and kings back then, and the crown is the supreme symbol of all that and so here are three crowns, nothing like the oppulent golden jewels they wore, but still with some shine and shimmer!

Today I decided to just post some random drawing. I made Pepper on my University's day planner during some very interesting class...

When I got home I decided she deserved a nice dress and so I scaned her to photoshop and added the pattern to her dress digitally, and here she is sporting her brand new dress.

Rainflower

It's been raining for days over here and it's really sad for me, I love the sun and can't wait for summer!

But before these grey and sad sad days came there were sunny happy days, and on one of those, I decided to lay in the sun that was kissing my yard... what a feeling!!

I moved around all day to catch as much golden rays as possible and so something came to mind! I had these gorgeous fabric sunflowers in a drawer and thought they deserved some sun as well!

So I ran to my room and made this:




Of course I ran as fast back out to take these pics of me wearing this brand new necklace and of my sun kissed yard!

Family Values

Well hello again!

Since yesterday I introduced to you ZomBunny I decided today I'd introduce his family! Yes, ZomBunny has a family, before he ate that radioactive carrote ZomBunny had already met the love of his life! BunnyHunny! They even had baby twins!













BunnyHunny is a pin like her hubby and the twins are hair pins.
But they didn't stop there and even after ZomBunny became a zombie they had 2 more twins!

So now you know the ZomBunny family! They like to hang out by Mr Mcdonald's farm and snatch a carrot or two now and then, but they'de be happy to hang out with you!

Here's my first post! Been wanting to creat a blog for a long time but never really came around to it...
It's one of those things about me, too much time dreaming up things and so little actually doing them!

Well that stops NOW!

I'm portuguese (and proud) but I'll write in english so it's easier for everyone to understand.

The ZomBunny!!!

Taaaadaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!He might be a zombie, but he is still a nice bunny.

ZomBunny ate a radioactive carrot on one of his trips trough Europe and he's been undead ever since, hence the creepy eyes. His hair turned green and there's allways a shinny aura around him.

He'd love to live on your coat or t-shirt as he got a new job as a pin bunny! eheh! I love wearing this pin (I wear all of my creations! yay!) and hopefully so will you!
